- For
- Executive leadership, COO or the responsible business unit head with a real mandate.
- What we do
- We take a currently relevant management decision as the proof case, connect the company sources it needs within the agreed scope and build a source-grounded demonstrator. Two historical comparison cases show whether the new workflow covers more relevant information, makes additional options visible and reduces the active analysis effort. From that we derive which build-up pays off first in your company. The AI does not decide; leadership stays responsible for the diagnosis, the weighing of options and the decision.
- Outcome
- A tested demonstrator, an economically prioritised target vision, a 90-day start plan and a 12-month roadmap, plus a readiness baseline in six dimensions. The demonstrator is an isolated, read-only test version on agreed data copies, not a production system; you receive a right of internal evaluation. If the case does not hold up, you receive a reasoned recommendation to stop or adjust instead.
- Prerequisite
- A current, clearly bounded decision as the proof case, a sponsor and a process owner, and accessible historical cases and data. You accept a real test and a possible stop outcome. The four weeks run from the moment the agreed minimum inputs are fully provided.
- Process
- Before you commission the sprint, a scoping session checks whether the decision, the historical cases, sponsor, process owner and data access fit in principle. Then: week 1 decision question, readiness and feasibility; week 2 process, sources and gaps; week 3 dossier, demonstrator and target vision; week 4 test, roadmap and management decision.
- Checkpoint
- After week 1 we submit a written feasibility assessment: continue, adjust or stop. We continue only after your written approval; if the scope is adjusted, we agree it in writing first. If there are not two suitable historical cases, the sprint ends there; we do not build an artificially convincing demonstrator.
