Stefan turns management problems into improvement programmes that get implemented. He has been a commercial managing director himself, ran finance and business control in Australia and led large plant-engineering projects commercially. Today, as Regional Manager South, he leads the Austrian practice of Conor Troy Consulting and advises industrial companies on organisational efficiency and AI-enabled process innovation.

MSc Artificial Intelligence

Alexander builds AI systems that work in operation: from RAG and knowledge systems through agents and integrations to evaluation, deployment and monitoring. He built and led the Competence Center AI at Fabasoft, did research at JKU in Sepp Hochreiter’s institute and founded Goedly, where his own agent systems run in production every day.
