- For
- Those responsible for an existing AI pilot (for example in digital or IT leadership) and the sponsor who decides whether to scale or stop. Prerequisites: a pilot with users and a decision date.
- What we do
- We examine the pilot against real artefacts, user tasks and failures, separate the causes by model, data, process, ownership and adoption, and test the one or two most important levers in practice. We do not rebuild the pilot. Stopping is an agreed, legitimate outcome.
- Outcome
- An independent root-cause analysis, acceptance and exit criteria, and a reasoned recommendation: scale, repair, rescope or stop. If you continue, a 90-day plan is included.
